Sick Appointments:

We offer same day sick appointments to our established patients. To schedule one, call our office at 410-442-4011.

Well Visits:

Well check up visits are very important visits and very frequent visits up to age 3 and once a year after age 3. See our Well Visit and Immunizations chart to see when your child needs a well visit appointment and what to expect at each well visit.

These appointments are usually made a couple of days after your child’s birth day. Calling ahead of time will assure you the time and day most convenient for you.

Sport Physicals:

This visit is highly important in today’s athletic environment. It is a short, well check up to clear your child for sports. Most patients in need of this appointment are busy and have tight schedules. We try hard to work with you and accommodate to your schedule. Calling ahead of time will assure you the appointment time you are looking for.

Cancelling an Appointment:

If you must cancel your appointment, please call 24 hours or more prior to your appointment so we can open our schedule to assist other patients.

No Show:

Missing an appointment prevents us from seeing other patients in need of our service. It is our office policy to charge a fee for no show. After 3 no shows our office may contact you to let you know you need to transfer to another practice.

After Office Hours:

If you have an emergency, call 911
There is always a doctor on call. Call our office; the answering service will put you in contact with the doctor on call.

Immunizations:

We administer all vaccines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Health Department. All vaccines are given at well visit age appropriate.

School, camp and sport forms: Turnaround time 3 to 5 days, there is a small fee for some forms and a fee to expedite forms.

Prescriptions Refills:

You may request refills Call our office at 410 442 4011 to request your prescriptions refills. All prescriptions are send electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. 

For control substances prescriptions; parents must pick up prescription at our office and your child must have a med-check with in the last 4 month.

ADHD, ADD, Learning Disabilities:

We work with school teachers, parents and patients to make accurate diagnosis and put in place the appropriate treatment. Click here for more information on ADD/ADHD. 

Consultation for Expecting Mothers:

Congratulations, we would be very happy to give you the medical support you will need in this very exciting time of your life. Meet our staff and get a tour of our office. Receive guidance on what to expect after giving birth.

Hearing and Vision Testing:

Preformed when needed and age appropriate.

Referrals:

Dr. Ramos works with a group of pediatric specialist that provides excellent patient care to our patients.

Nutrition and Exercise Counseling:

Nutrition and Exercise Counseling is offered at every well visit.

Many Procedures and Treatments in Office:

Asthma treatments, removal of stitches, rapid strep/covid/RSV/flu tests, and send out cultures when needed.
